The JBM-PL75 Z-Drive Stereo Zoom Microscope is a fully motorized and automated imaging system designed for advanced electronic manufacturing, PCB inspection and rework, production quality control, industrial inspection, and life science research. The system features a motorized high-precision Z-drive, ergonomic design, and integrated LED illumination to provide enhanced usability and application flexibility. It can be configured as a one-deck system with a low ergonomic stage or a two-focus system with additional expansion capabilities.

The microscope incorporates a Greenough optical system, a high-precision stereo zoom mechanism, and a 45 tilting trinocular observation head with PL series eyepieces for comfortable long-term observation. Its large working distance, integrated white light, UV light, and 3D laser illumination make it suitable for precision inspection of PCBs, FPCs, chip bonding, electronics, and industrial components. The optional 4K imaging software package further enhances documentation, measurement, annotation, and image analysis capabilities.
